Day 5- MedusamedusamedusaMEDUSA

WORDS

IT'S WAY MORE REUBO, FOOLS.

Well, the day I was supposed to write this, we went back to Discovery Kingdom. We rode Medusa for what must have been 20 times. And we rode nothing else, except for the Boomerang once. We did the front the back, the left side, the right side, barefoot, with shoes on, with our eyes closed, EVERYTIHING.

And after that, we went to an area near the Golden Gate bridge. It was a look out point, and it was quite fun.

Day 4 - San Francisco

WORDS

IT'S EVEN MORE REUBO, FOOLS!

Sorry for being so very behind.

So I was thinking of maybe letting the pictures doing most of the 'splainin for today, but I will write down some words as well.

So. We went to San Fransicisco to see some stuff. Mainly free stuff, since we forgot our card thingies. (Which give us discounts and stuff like that) So we went to Pier 39, which is a big tourist attraction in SF. There's part of it that was taken over by Sea Lions, so you can see them lounging around all the time. We also went to look at shops, and we went to Lombard Street, which is a street so steep that it is arranged into a switchback. I also got to eat soup, where the bowl is made of BREAD. Yes, it is awesome and cool.

Day 3- Roller Coasters!

WORDS

IT'S MORE REUBO, FOOLS!!!

Sorry we are behind, but yesterday we were too tired and way coaster... ified... to write a blog. Or maybe I forgot. Whatever.

So we left in the morning to go to Vallejo, where Six Flags Discovery Kingdom is located. We waited in the torturous line of cars to get to the parking lot. We then walked back the long sidewalk to the park, waited in the torturous security lines, and waited in the torturous ticket lines. Meanwhile, all around us, everybody else was having WAY too much fun on the roller coasters. Oh how I longed to get in... *sniff* Then, it turned out that we weren't supposed to be in the standard ticket line because we had these prepaid card things, so we had to wait in another line. THEN we finally got in, and rode the green (Or yellow? Maybe it's just grellow) roller coaster, Medusa. It was way fun. There was this huge loop, and a zero-g roll, and a bunch of other corkscrews and half loops to keep us entertained. Next was Kong, which is this really shaky inverted coaster. It was fun because your feet kept dangling near the supports and it felt like they might get cut off. The ride was not smooth at all though, so we didn't go on again for a while. Since we had no obligation to ride all the rides in one day, (Our card thingy lets us come back another day) we just split up and rode stuff independantly. I also ate a really good sno-cone. It was so good that I wrote two sentences about it. We left after a while. And then we did stuff. IT WAS ALL A BLUR but somehow I came out with two volumes of Fullmetal Alchemist and some leftover pizza. Also Esquire got 4 books: Jinx on the Divide, Fablehaven, The Seventh Tower Volumes 1-3, Ranger's Apprentice #3 AND Greenwitch with the cooler looking American cover! So I guess whatever happened probably was pretty good. Although the American cover for Harry Potter #7 (and all the other HP books) looked kinda bad, I mean, on HP 4 Harry was smiling, even though he's in grave danger during the book.

Then we slept.

Days 1 and 2

WORDS

THIS IS REUBO, FOOLS

We finally got internets up, and as I sit at the laptop being buffeted by a way-too-cold air conditioner, I... um... er...

Write this blog?

'Cause I'm a great writer. Sort of.

So, I should start this at the beginning. Or begin this at the start. And as everyone knows, the start (Or beginning) is where the car pulls out of the driveway of where we live. So... what can I say? It's a car ride. We had Chloe with us, so we had to drop her off at a kennel. We then departed for the border, where we had to wait for maybe an hour to get through. And we got randomly chosen for an inspection from the border guys. Lucky us.

So we continued on, and... we... drove... past Seattle, Portland, and various small towns and boring countrysides... for a really long time. I have nothing to say here. We also ate dinner at Denny's. We continued until around 11:00 at night, when we arrived in a small town somewhere in Oregon to find a place to sleep. We drove around, trying about 6 or 7 hotels until we finally found vacancy at a Travelodge motel. We slept.

Next morning, we got up and left in the car. We drove more, and we entered California. There, the scenery got a little more interesting. There were even a couple of cactuses. We got to Corte Madera at around 4:30, where we got into our (Luckily reserved) hotel room. It's a nice hotel. It has a pool and stuff like that. We went to the nearby resteraunt for dinner, where we had some really big food. Esquire's parents left to go to San Francisco for a while, giving us time to write this blog. After we're done with the blog, we might go to the pool or something. Why would you care.

Introduction

Hey all, this is a blog me and my friend, Reubo, are gonna try to post our trip to San Francisco on! It's still in "maintenance" right now, as Reubo's away for the week, so that's a little slowed down, but we hope have it working by the time we go on the trip.
